Lamar's College of Engineering is proud to partner with the local community to increase STEAM awareness through programs, seminars, and camps offered throughout the year.
With consistent support from industry donors and the community at large, we are able to offer summer camps and day events that encourage students to explore their curiosities and to excite them to the field of engineering.

Multiple day camps and events that introduces engineering concepts and the various disciplines of the field
High School
Multiple day camps and events that provide in-depth exploration of advanced engineering concepts and specialized disciplines through hands-on activities, workshops, and site tours
Engineering Sponsored
The College of Engineering proudly sponsors a range of events and camps aimed at introducing STEAM careers across multiple industry clusters. These camps also familiarize participants with the five specialized disciplines offered by the College of Engineering at Lamar University
