Lamar University and the College of Engineering are proud to announce the inaugural summer camp, x-plore LUEE.  Hosted by the Phillip M. Drayer Department of Electrical Engineering, x-plore LUEE is a four-day summer program designed to spark interested in electrical engineering for 7th and 8th grade girls.  Fun activities will demonstrate the various applications of electrical engineering to offer an exciting and informative experience through hands-on and team oriented projects. Activities will revolve around the field of robotics, electronics, communications, and much more! 

Space is limited, apply today. No applications will be accepted after June 16th.


What:
x-plore LUEE 4-day summer camp

Who: 7th and 8th grade girls are eligible to apply

When: June 27 - June 30, 2016 from 9am (8:30-9:00am drop off) to 3pm daily.

Where:  Activities will be held at Lamar University in the Cherry Engineering Building (located on Rolfe Christopher Drive); Rooms: LUEE Nest Cherry 1006 and EE Seminar Room C-1103

Fee: No Fee. All activities, lunch, and shirts are included.
